Hi Everyone! Another weeks has passed and all is going well. I do hear we have a couple new cases of Covid 19 in the Watonga area, so continue to wear those mask and wash those hands. You can’t be to careful.

Our meals for the coming week sound good. (They always are!)Just give us a call at 623-+4511 And we’ll fix you a meal top go whenever you want it ready. Or you can come in and eat. On Wednesday we eat at 11, before Kiwanis Meets at 12 noon.

Anyways, the menu for the coming week is: Thursday – Bierox Casserole

Friday- Chicken Spaghetti

Monday- Chicken Strips Tuesday- Chicken Casserole

Wednesday BBQ Ribs Thursday- Liver and Onions

Friday – Fried Chicken We received some good donations this last week. Janice Hood and Gene Matlli Brought fresh vegetables. We had Monetary donations

Friday – Fried Chicken from Mary Brown and the Phoenix Circle Foundation. We received Best Choice Labels from Mable Rice, Regina Glass and Sharon Gates. We thank Everyone for all these donations. We also Received several large bags of cans. Thank you, Whoever, for these as well.

Those delivering meals on wheels last week were D’von Poulson, Brenda Stein (Twice), Janice Hood, and Peggy Franks and Wayne Maddux. We appreciate all of you very much.

We received a memorial donation in memory of Glen Price from Carol McCrary. Thank You Carol!

Mary Brown renewed her membership with us. We’re glad to have you as a member Mary!

One of the exercises we do is done to a song. I was told to ask if there is anyone out there that would exercise with us that can sing. We can use a strong voiced leader. Come join us at 9am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We will appreciate you.

On Friday the 14th we will again have Angels Home Health nurses visiting us to check blood pressures and blood sugar. If You need yours checked , come by between 10:30 and 12:30. They will be glad to do it.

We have a board meeting on Monday and we will be discussing what to do about repairing the roof. We got a check from the insurance company that should pretty well pay for it. We’ll See What’s decided.

We got word that The City of Watonga is making a nice donation to us to go towards the upkeep and use of the bus. We really appreciate them helping us with this project. We just hope we can begin making trips in it again soon.

Don’t forget biscuits and Gravy on Thursday mornings. We’ll fix it to go if you like. Just give us a call.
