We were blessed to have the Watonga Middle School Student Council members and their sponsor join us Friday April 14, to help get the Ferguson Chapel yard cleaned up for the summer. They pulled many weeds, bagged many trash bags full of clippings and helped transplant some plants. We, the board, appreciate all these efforts. Hopefully the community can appreciate their efforts as well.
These hard-working students included Caleigh Scheihing, Keela Cowan, Sophia Fritz, Kayla Rizzuto, Gabriel Lowry, Kinze Cowan, Alyssa Soto, Ashley Rodriguez, Abril Macias, Johanna Del Valle, Wade Manke, Kegan Estep and Hunter Johnson. Their sponsor is Sherry Cowan.
The board of the Ferguson Chapel is very thankful for this group that comes and helps us get the yard looking great. For their great attitude and hard work, they are rewarded with juice and doughnuts. Seems to be a great incentive. Mrs. Cowan is a great motivator and works along with the kids to get the job done.
