Under Title 68 Article 2821 of the Oklahoma State Statutes, the Assessor’s Office is required to conduct inspection of real properties based on the visual inspection cycle. In 2022 we will be conducting our inspection for all real properties in Township 11N and Township 12N of Caddo County. This will include the towns of Hinton and Hydro. These inspection results will be seen on your 2023 Notice of Value Change to be sent out in March of 2023.
If your property has structures and you have a locked gate, we would appreciate a call from you to schedule a date & time for our appraisers to meet with you on your property. Otherwise, we will utilize aerial imagery to assist in this process.
