The Blaine County Fair is fast approaching! It will be held August 26th-28th. There are a multitude of opportunities for your entire family to be involved in entering items in the fair such as baked goods, garden produce, flowers, art work, to displaying your favorite photo you took on vacation. Check out everything you can enter by picking up a fair book. The fair books can be picked up at the Blaine County OSU Extension Office or at other locations around towns such as the banks and the public library.
The schedule for the fair is:
Thursday, August 26th
4:00-6:30 p.m. Entries taken in the Foley Building
Friday. August 27th
7:30 a.m. -10 a.m. Continue to take entries. All non-livestock entries must be in place by 10 a.m. except for pie Contest
11:00 a.m. Judging of entries in Foley Building
Noon: Entries taken for pie baking contest
6:00 p.m. Cake Auction
7:00 p.m. All entries must be in for livestock, poultry, and rabbits
7:30 p.m. Mini Beef Show (open to exhibitors ages 3-8 yrs. of age exhibiting a calf 47” or less)

Saturday, August 28th
8:00 a.m. Livestock Show starting with Swine, Goats, Sheep and Beef.
8:00 a.m. Tractor Driving Contest for youth 14 years and up and adults must preenter by August 19th by call the Blaine County OSU Extension Office.
4:00 p.m. Release of Exhibits in Foley Building
