The Caddo County Retired Educators held their monthly meeting April 11 at the Caddo Kiowa CTC. There were 15 members present along with three guests. The April devotion from Psalms 23, was presented by Marilyn Graham. Mrs. Graham also reported on the minutes from the last meeting and Allen Klein gave a treasury report.
OREA Membership Chair, Brenda Callahan presented ideas on increasing membership in local organizations and AMBA Benefits Representative, Paula Patterson, explained to the group, some of the discounts to OREA members who are interested in AMBA.
Following the presentation, the group enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by the CKTC food service department. The next meeting will be held Monday, May 9. This will be the last meeting of the school year. The group will resume again in September. All retired educators and those planning to retire this year are invited to attend the monthly meetings.
