Watonga Public Schools I Watonga Republican
The Watonga Eagle Band traveled March 3 to Alva to take part in the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association District Music Contest.
The high school band made straight 1s in both large group and sight reading, so we are qualified for the state band contest and will be going April 1 to East Central University in Ada.
Listed are scores for solos and ensembles that competed the same day. All 1s are qualified for state solo/ensemble contests, set for April 22 at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater.
