A man and his son came to visit the museum on Saturday. Mr. Webb was very interested in history and showed a lot of interest in Governor and Mrs. Ferguson.
Work is complete on the damage to the restroom done when the heater went out during our 10 days of freezing weather. There is a new floor, hot water heater and toilet. It really is nice. Thanks to all the men that worked on it. Clay is still scrapping the paint as he can. The wood needs to be dry for that.
A special thanks to our Chief of Police Shawn Kays. He always helps with whatever we have ask and called to volunteer on his day off for the Easter Egg Hunt.
The museum can always use artists to display their art whether it is paintings, sculpture, or mixed media. They can perform craft demonstrations. Volunteers can help in all aspects of the museums.
