First-Grade Kindness

Ms. Shrader’s first-grade class took on a kindness project last week by cleaning up the south end Watonga Elementary playground to prepare for warmer weather. They enjoy doing class time outside and thought other classes could enjoy the patio space more as the weather warms up. They put on gloves and grabbed rakes, snow shovels, brooms and trash bags and with teamwork had it all cleaned up in an hour. (Photo provided)
