Watonga Senior Citizens Hosting Sock Hop This Saturday

WATONGA – The Watonga Seniors Citizens Club is hosting an old-fashioned sock hop this Saturday, Aug. 7 from 7 to 10 p.m. at City Hall.

Featuring music of the 1950s and ‘60s, this dance costs $5 to attend and includes refreshments.

Popular Oklahoma City radio personality Dale Wehba will provide the classic music for the evening. Wehba is a 30-year veteran of radio and an inductee of the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters and the Southwest Legends hall of fames.

Watonga City Hall is located at 120 E 1st St.
