Congratulations to Callie Edsall! She recently earned her glider pilot license by passing an evaluation at the Hinton Airport. Earlier this year, Callie earned a $1,600 scholarship from the Women's Soaring Pilots Association to get her license. Next, she plans to start flying powered aircraft!

Hi everyone! Its been a good week for me. I hope it has been for you too! My daughter and I made a overnight trip to Tulsa to take in a concert by Hank Williams Jr. at the Hard Rock Casino. It was so fun watching the people’s reaction to his music. Just listening to him and his band.

A couple came from Elk City Saturday. I asked them what brought them to Watonga and he said this did pointing around the parlor. They were checking out places to bring their grandkids next summer. He said they loved looking at old homes. I explained about the restoration going on.
