Judy Wiggins, 79 of Watonga died Monday, November 9th at her home after a lengthy illness. She was born March 14, 1941, in Wynona, Oklahoma to Minnie L Powell and Mark DeLung. She spent her childhood in Wynona and graduated from Wynona High School. During her senior year she met George "Bud" Wiggins of Cedarvale, Kansas.
