The Watonga Boys Basketball team played only one game last week, as well, bacuase of COVID-19 reasons.
The boys beat Blaine County rivals Okeene in a close game, 54-50.
The boys also had good news, as they retained a top-20 ranking in Class 2A. The Eagles are ranked No. 19.
Their game Tuesday night vs. Canton was canceled. They play host to No. 3-ranked Cashion on Friday night, and Carnegie on Saturday.
A win against a top team like Cashion would likely vault the boys up the 2A rankings.
