Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing good. Things are continuing to go well at the center. We had 14 in for biscuits and gravy on Thursday. We had some special friends come in and eat with us- Cora and Tim Howard. Sure was good to see them again. They live in Arizona now. There were several in to quilt last week. They were Estalene Teply, Gene Matli, Jennie Castleberry, and Valerie Iams. I hope I did not leave anyone off. After the Birthday Dinner on Friday, April 30th, a group stayed to play Bingo. Sounds like they had a good time. Six people came in early on Friday to play cards. Four of them stayed to play Skip Bo after Bingo. I watched for a while, so I know they had fun. Mark your calendars for Saturday May 8th, from 6 to 9 P.M. We will be getting together at the center for games, food, and music. Bring a snack food and come join us. If you do not want to play any games, come on in and listen to the music. Wayne Maddux and David Green do a good job playing music we all know. The same terrific group of people delivered our meals on wheels last week. Some of them changed their delivery days but it all worked out great. Here is our meals for the next few days. Call 623-4511 before 10 for a delivered meal.
