Jack Swinney was born on December 29, 1929 in Chickasha, Ok to Claude B. and Sarah Lucinda (Taylor) Swinney. He passed away on July 12, 2021 in Watonga, OK at the age of 91. He graduated from Pauls Valley High School in 1948. He married Peggy Ann Mowdy in Chickasha, OK in 1960. Jack and Peggy moved to Watonga in 1965 to make that their permanent home.
