Tim Foley, beloved husband and father, was born on February 16th, 1947, and passed away, October 8th, 2022. He was seventy-five. Born to Louise and Merril Foley, Tim graduated from Watonga High School and married his high school sweet-heart Carol Lynn Bates, in 1965.
