Happy New Year Readers!
Welcome to 2023 and another year to discover what the world holds for you. Our little community is growing in new directions and the need to learn more to engage with the flow of this exciting new information can be found at the library. Technology is changing, and our time can get consumed by keeping up with these changes. We are learning vast amounts of information in such a quick paced world, that we can forget about tending to our own needs and remembering how to de-stress and relax. The library is available for you for this very important life change and to help you find ways to consume the new knowledge at a pace suited for you, or even just to relax and let yourself be taken on a stress-free adventure in a book.
Diane and I always enjoy helping people that come into the library, and knowing we made a difference in someone’s day is truly a blessing. The library offers as a service, free WI-FI along with computer stations that are free to the public with many apps to aid you in finding what you need. For our community we offer a delivery service of books in town to our elderly and home bound citizens. Just call us at (405)884-2372 and we will set up a time and help you select the books you would like delivered. We have a great selection of books that can be checked out, with new books added monthly, and a section of free books that you can keep and share them with friends or family. Take time to come visit us at the library. We are open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday. Until next time, enjoy the adventure.
