Melvin O’Neal (Neal) Ryan was born December 30, 1934, and raised in Keyser, West Virginia. He passed away on May 14, 2024.
He is survived by his wife, Alice Waggoner Ryan. He was a longtime resident of the Cherokee Village Community and surrounding communities and was proud to call it his home. Neal enjoyed his life with family, friends and neighbors. He …
