Brian Keith Cochran

Memorial services for Brian Keith Cochran, 52, of Watonga, Oklahoma will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, September 17, 2021 at the Fairview Mennonite Brethren Church with Pastor Travis Schmidt officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Pierce Funeral Home, Fairview, Oklahoma.

Brian was born March 5, 1969 at Cushing, Oklahoma to Gary and Judy (Schneider) Cochran. He departed this life on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma after an extended illness.

Brian lived at Stroud prior to his family moving to Watonga, Oklahoma, where he graduated with the class of 1987 at Watonga High School. Brian worked several jobs, he especially enjoyed cooking and worked as a cook in several restaurants. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Brian is remembered as a loving and kind-hearted soul by his family.

Brian was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Roma Hixon and Levi and Ethel Cochran; his step-mother Margaret Cochran; nephew Chris Cline and niece Karlie Pierce; Survivors include his parents, Judy and Norman Bartel and Gary and Dawn Cochran; two sons, Stephan Cochran and Zackery Cochran; sisters Ronda Driever and husband Kenny and Mysti Pierce; step-brother Monty Bartel and step-sister Marty Sue Turner; niece Mandy Pierce; and Brian’s very best friend Chris Park.
