Carl Wayne Lehman was born on August 17, 1950 in Cogar, OK and passed away in Clinton, OK on July 4, 2022.
Carl was the youngest child of George A. and Retta Mae (Sanders) Lehman. He attended East Walnut School 1st-8th grade and graduated from Hinton High School in 1968.
