Joy Wills was born January 20, 1946, at Watonga, Oklahoma to George “Skeet” Roberts and Bessie Roberts and passed away September 18, 2021, at the age of 75.
She was a resident of the Watonga Community for 75 years where she was a hairstylist, secretary, dental assistant, and medical records supervisor at Diamond Back Correctional Facility in Watonga.
