Linda Annette Hogan was born March 6, 1957, in Watonga, Oklahoma, to Thelma Lee Burkhalter (Brown) Hogan and Robert (Bobby) Hogan. Thelma passed away in 1963, and Bobby passed away in 2004. Roy Lee Wyatt and Memorial Wyatt adopted Linda and raised her as their own.

Linda attended elementary through high school in Watonga, Oklahoma. She was active in school and played basketball until she graduated in 1975. She accepted Christ at an early age and attended Union Baptist Church throughout her life. Linda worked for End of Main Restaurant, Hi

Linda worked for End of Main Restaurant, Hi De Ho Cafe, Holly-Tex, Del Hi Oil and Gas Company, Haskell-Lemons Construction, and spent her later years working in the food service industry. On February 11, 2021, Jesus took her pain and suffering away and said she can slow down now, she had done all she could do. It was time for her to come home and rest in His loving arms.

Her mother and father, adopted parents, paternal and maternal Grandparents, and sisters Theresa Ann Brown Wyatt and Deborah Shawvon Hogan Fuller have all preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter Lyneise Krae'Shawn Watson (Ashley) of San Diego, CA, grandsons Christopher Ryan Burney (Vicenza, Italy), and Cameron Jones. Sisters Charlotte Hammond Taylor (Anthony) of Edmond, Oklahoma; Rita Hogan of Los Angeles, California; Toni Hogan of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma ; Brothers Rennie Dean Hogan of Oklahoma City and Robert Hogan of Denver, Colorado. Also, a host of other relatives and friends.
