Wayne Garland Franks, 71, of Medicine Lodge, KS, died Sunday, March 29, 2020 at Medicine Lodge Memorial Hospital.
He was born on July 13, 1948 in Watonga, OK, the son of Eron Franks and Audie (Boyd) Franks.
Wayne was a mill worker and a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
