Nadine Pearson was born November 24, 1934, in Guthrie, OK to Jack Chester and Leona Agnes (Montgomery) Comby. She passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021, with her girls by her side at her home in Watonga at the age of 86. She graduated from Watonga High School. She was united in marriage to Delbert Young Pearson March 20, 1953, in Watonga and he preceded her in death September 4, 2021, at Kingfisher. She was a stay-at-home mom until going to work at the Watonga Medical Clinic as a receptionist. She later worked at Opportunities, Inc., Buel Hoar Enterprises, then went to work for Blaine County Election Board retiring after 24 years of service. Nadine enjoyed shopping, acting and theater, crossword puzzles and cooking. Christmas was her favorite time of the year, but would decorate her house for every holiday. She and her sister Shirley coowned and operated The Christmas House in San Angelo, TX from 1984-1988. Nadine won many state, regional, and national acting awards with Watonga Community Theater. She was a charter member serving on the Board of Directors of the Watonga Community Theater and also served on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Community Theater Association. She and Delbert both attended the Cowboy Church. Her main focus was her family and spending time with them. She was a very caring. loving and giving person to family and friends. She was very well known for her quick wit and sense of humor. She was preceded in death by her parents,

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Comby and Leona King, her husband of 68 years Delbert Pearson, sister, Shirley McPherson and her husband Bob, and brother-in-law, Dick Bixler.

She is survived by three daughters, Rhonda Tullius and her husband Jerry of Norman, Myla Bryant of Norman, and Lisa Sharp and her husband Bill of Piedmont; five grandchildren, Joe Young Crawford and his wife Jennifer of Noble, Tara Knight of Oklahoma City, Sara Fitzhugh and her husband Robert of Norman, Logan Pearson Sharp and his wife Grace of Mustang, OK, and Landon Sharp of Edmond; six great grandchildren, Lindsey, Tasha, Kiersten and fiancé Danny, Kayton, Jimmy and Brian; two great-great grandchildren, Brantley and Hailey and one on the way; one sister, Barbara Bixler of Watonga; god daughter, Crystal Hale Briscoe, and special friends, Patt Curtin, Georgeann Bordelon, and Pam Hale; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
