Norma Jo Riggles

1938-2023

Norma Jo Riggles was born in Clinton on September 15, 1938. She died April 12, 2023, at Post Acute Rehabilitation in El Reno.

Norma lived in Watonga during her working years as an LPN for the Indian Health Services in Watonga andElReno. AfterherretirementshemovedtoEl Reno to be with all her grandkids. She was a member of the Watonga Indian Baptist Church.

She is survived by 2 sons, Jon Michael Riggles and Estevan Reyes, both of El Reno; 3 daughters, Kim Reyes, Amy Riggles, and Alejandra Reyes, all of El Reno; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Riggles, Christopher Reyes, Jonathan Reyes, Lori Escobedo, Matthew Reyes, Melanie Webb, Zachary Dunn, and Kelly Dunn; 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great-greatgrandchildren.

Her husband, Jack Riggles; parents, Robert Littleman and Blanche (Redshin) Roman Nose; brothers, Albert Wright, Bobby Littleman, and Frank Seger; sister, Freda Primeaux; daughters, Patricia Riggles and Vivian Riggles; and a grandson, Ryan Webb, preceded her in death.

An all night wake was held on April 16 and the funeral onApril 17. Both services were at the Watonga Emergency Response Center with Rev. Waylan Upchego officiating. Burial followed in Wagonga at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
