Ruth Ann Magness was born June 10, 1942, in Okmulgee, OK to Rev. Otto, Sr. and Wilma (Wheeler) Goins. She passed away Saturday, February 18, 2023, in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 80. Services will be held at New Life Assembly of God Church, Wednesday, 2:00 PM, February 23, 2023, Geary, OK with Rev. Darrla Golden and Rev. Kelly Goins.
