In Loving Memory...

1947~2022

Tim Foley, beloved husband and father, was born on February 16th, 1947, and passed away, October 8th, 2022. He was seventy-five. Born to Louise and Merril Foley, Tim graduated from Watonga High School and married his high school sweet-heart Carol Lynn Bates, in 1965. Together they were married 40 years, until her passing in 2005. Tim dedicated 42 years of service to Pioneer Telephone before retiring in 2007. He also enjoyed anything to do with farming and ranching, and he never found a casino he didn’t like! Tim’s generous spirit could be felt by all. He enjoyed volunteering yearly at the Watonga Community dinners.

In 2007, Tim married companion, Debra Lucas. They resided in Watonga. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Merril and Louise Foley, first wife, Carol “Sug” Foley, daughter, Janet Lynn Foley, brother, Mike Foley, and Debra’s daughter, Jacque Lucas.

He is survived by wife of the home, Debra Foley; sons, Ryan and wife Kathie Foley of Fort Worth, TX; Stacy and Crystal of Tahlequah, OK; Tracy and Ronna Foley of Kingfisher, OK; Debra’s son, Ian Lucas of Watonga, OK; along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family will be holding a private memorial at a later date.
