Virgil Eugene (Hoot) Putman was born June 20, 1952 to Virgil and Alma Lucille (Hughes) Putman in Minco, OK. He passed away Monday, October 16, 2023 at his home in Calumet at the age of 71. He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Lucille Putman.
