Travis Murrow

Body
Travis Murrow was 40 years old when he went missing in August 2014. He was a regular on rodeo circuits and often seen in Blaine, Dewey and Major counties. He had been in Enid earlier that day, told family he had sold a truck and was on the way to see a friend in Seiling, but never showed up. A few days later, his pickup was found out of gas and locked in rural Dewey County, not far from Canton Lake. He has not been heard from since then and his bank account, phone and social media remain untouched. Friends say he was not someone who would go a day without contacting his children. A $5,000 reward has been offered for information leading to Murrow’s whereabouts. No motive or evidence of foul play has been released by law enforcement, although foul play is suspected. The 8-year-old case remains open, and no arrests have been made.

Edward Foreman

Body
Ed Foreman was 53 when he disappeared from Geary in 2015. He was the subject of a welfare check by the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office on March 6. Officers believed they had found evidence of a homicide in Foreman’s home and his black Hummer was missing. DNA from that evidence was a match to Foreman. A few weeks after Foreman was listed as a missing person, a witness reported having seen the Hummer the day Foreman disappeared, driven by a white or bi-racial man about 30 years old. The sighting was on the road leading away from Foreman’s home. The Hummer was eventually found hidden in the deep woods not far from the home. There is an artist’s sketch of the reported driver.
