Hi Everyone! Are you enjoying staying at home? Got all your spring leaning already done? Ready to tackle those closets and cupboards? I, for one, can only handle so much TV. And the books I checked out at the library are read by now. And I don’t know if they are closed 24-7 but hey were closed when we went by the other day. Guess I’ll have to go back to one of my crossstitch patterns.

Th ere is really ;not much to write about today. It’s really quiet at the Center. The only ones there are the cooks, Dorothy and Tina, and whoever is working the office each day. Days I work, John comes in for coffee. Then when he leaves the Meals on Wheels deliverers come in. It’s really very quiet until people start picking up meals to go. We meet them at the door with their pre-ordered meal, take their money and they leave. I’ll sure be glad when this is all over.

I’m glad to see that Blaine County doesn’t have any known cases of Coronavirus. Hope it stays that way.

Again I have to shout out a big Thank You to all those who volunteered to carry out the Meals on Wheels. This week they were Regina Glass and Janet Taylor, Curtis and Brenda Stein, 2 days, Lewis Green and Kelly Logan and Eloise Espy. I don’t know what we would do without these folks.

We have another week of good meals lined up for you. Just give us a call at 623-4511. You don’t have to be a senior citizen to get a meal from us. We’ll be glad to fix a meal for anyone that calls.

Menu this Week:

Thursday –Breaded Pork Loin

Friday—Ham and Sweet Potatoes

Monday—Vegetable Soup and Chili

Tuesday—Chicken Strips

Wednesday—Breaded Chicken Breast

I hope you all have a good week and that this home confinement and 6 foot distancing will not be required much longer. That is my prayer.
