Hi everyone! I hope you had a great holiday weekend and saw lots of pretty fireworks. I know you probably heard plenty. We went and saw the ones at Roman Nose and then went to Huff-Lorang for more. They are all so pretty.
Last week’s donations were zucchini from Janet and Chub Edsall and from Janice Hood. Margie Smith brought large sacks of cans. Our mysterious donor brought several sacks of cans. We thank all of you for your help.
Estalene Teply gave a donation in memory or Earl Boyd.
Thursday, we had Gene Matli, Estalene Teply, Judy Curtin, and Valerie Iams in to work on the quilt.
Friday, we had several in to play cards. I came for lunch and stayed to play afterwards. It’s always fun.
Our Meals on Wheels deliverers for last week were Mary Brown and Karen Dugger, Brenda and Curt Stein, Janice Hood, and Vernon Brickman. We sure do appreciate these folks for their help.
This Saturday, July 10th, we will have games and music again. And food, of course! Come on down and join in the fun from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. You will be glad you did.
