Hi everybody! I hope you're all staying warm and feeling well. By the time this comes out in the paper we may all be covered up with snow. I hope it doesn't get too bad.

John and I drove up to Canton Lake on Saturday afternoon. He fished (no luck) while I sat in the car with my book. It was a beautiful afternoon. We stopped in the Overlook for a bite to eat. I didn't realize they were open this time of the year. They have remodeled the inside and it really made it larger and nicer.

We had Pat Brewer, Mary Brown and Karen Dugger, Curt and Brenda Stein, Janice Hood, and Vernon Brickman delivering our meals on wheels last week. Thanks to all of you.

Eloise Espy renewed her membership last week. Thanks Eloise! We're glad you did.

We received more donations in memory of Tim Curtin. They were from Maxine Strack, Eloise Espy, and Bill (Sr.) and Jill Seitter. We're very thankful for these remembrances.

Here is our menu for the coming days. Call us to have one delivered or to order one to go. We'll be glad to fix one (or more) for you.

Thursday: Sausage and Sauerkraut OR Chicken Strips

Friday: Indian Tacos

Monday: Taco Salad

Tuesday: BBQ Smoked Sausage

Wednesday: Kiwanis meets, We eat at 11 a.m.

Thursday (Feb. 10): Chicken Strips

And don't forget we have biscuits and sausage gravy at 8 a.m. on Thursday mornings. It's good too!

Take care of yourselves and stay warm. Til next week...
