According to a press release from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a collision June 3 west of Watonga took the life of a Woodward man.The wreck took place about 7 a.m. on U.S. 270 just west of North 2470 Road, approximately nine miles west of Watonga.

The city council continues to consider whether to change interim city manager Karrie Beth Little back to city manager, no interim, or to seek another city manager. Her continued employment will pass, in my opinion.That’s wrong for the city.
