Museum Admission Part of EBT Benefits

GUTHRIE — The Oklahoma Territorial Museum and Carnegie Library have joined the Museums for All program. The museum will offer FREE admission to Electronic Benefits Transfer Oklahoma Tribal EBT, WIC, Oklahoma Fosters or Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma card or ID holders for up to six people.

By Brenda SteinA huge thank you to the Watonga Masonic Lodge for sponsoring the chicken and noodle fundraiser at the Senior Center last Friday evening. The food was delicious and enjoyed by many. The dessert auction was phenomenal and raised a great amount of money.

With the opening of the new location of Bank 7, a new era in the long history of banking in Watonga begins. I congratulate Bank 7 and appreciate both Bank 7 and First State Bank in Watonga for support of the Ferguson Home Museum. Banking in Watonga was not always so convenient nor safe as today.
