Geary Public Schools began its annual Bison Summer Pride strength and conditioning this week for boys’ and girls’ athletics at both the high school and junior high levels.
For the rest of this month, high school boys will have Summer Pride each week from 8-10 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Junior High boys will be from 10-11 a.m. on Monday and Wednesday but will transition into Monday, Wednesday, and Friday beginning on June 22.
As for all girls’ sports, the Lady Bison will have Summer Pride at 10 a.m. on June 8-11, June 16, June 18, June 23, and June 25.
It was also announced that beginning next Monday, Lady Bison fast-pitch softball under first-year head coach Rick Scott will begin taking part in the Hinton Summer League.
