The Eagles took it on the road for their first game of the season, beating out the Canton Tigers with a final of 71-31.
Coach Brandon Gallagher marked an overall nice start to the season. “You never know what you got until you get them out there. We were able to play a lot of kids and see what we are working with.”
Three of those players hit double-digits: Turner Wiggington with 16 Braydln Little-Yellowman with14 Kyan Lee with 12 Watonga will host the Hinton Comets Tuesday, Dec. 3. Gallagher knows the Comets run an extended 2-3 zone and plans on working on attacking that strategy over the holiday break.
