This week is Pink Out at Geary High School, to raise cancer awareness. Dress up days are set as wear gray for brain cancer or orange for leukemia on Tuesday (no school on Monday) with wear white for lung cancer or teal for cervical and ovarian cancer. Thursday is planned as wear purple for pancreatic cancer or gold for childhood cancer. Friday, of course, is Pink Out Day, signifying the fight against breast cancer.

The Geary cheerleaders will hold a pink out mini cheer camp for the game Oct. 21, with a performance at the game half.
