Lady Eagles Tally 0-3 Mark in Games Last Week

The Watonga Lady Eagles basketball team didn’t win a game last week, but they sure were competitive.

They started with a tough 67-47 loss to Lookeba-Sickles team, but quickly turned their attention to the Three Rivers tournament.

The first game of the tournament was a hardfought 58-54 loss to Okarche on Thursday.

The team followed that game with a nailbiting 53-52loss to Cashion to end their tournament action.

The girls are 0-3 on the season, according to OSSAA rankings. They traveled to Hennessey Tuesday night (result not available as of press time), then Host Hinton Friday and travel to Okarche on Saturday. The team hosts Crescent on Jan. 19.
