Just before Christmas, the Watonga Eagles wrestlers won the championship at the Kingfisher tournament. Adding to the point mix were ; Patrick Wright, who placed second at 106 pounds; Kale Beverly who placed fourth at 113 pounds; Dakota Cox who placed third at 120 pounds; Brayson Gordon, who won first at 126 pounds; Bentley Garmon who took third place in the 126 pound class; James Lockhart who was fifth at 132 pounds; Gunner Riley who placed eighth at 138 pounds; Zac Boeckman was fourth at 150 pounds; Ayden Perez placed second at 157 pounds; Joeseph Youngbear was fifth at 165 pounds; Dayson Cash was second at 190 pounds and Peyton Sawyer placed fifth at 215 pounds. In the girl’s division, Celica Aguirre placed fourth at 126 pounds.
