The boys kicked off the week with an easy 61-34 over the Lookeba-Sickles.

Next up was the much anticipate Three Rivers Tournament.

The Eagles kicked off the tournament with a 52-45 win over Okarche Thursday to stay in the winner’s bracket.

A tough loss Friday, 55-50 to Hennessey, would put them in contention for third place in the tournament on Saturday.

The boys came up big to claim third place in the tournament with a 33-23 win over Fairview.

The boys are also officially 3-1 on the season, according to the OSSAA rankings. The Eagles, COVID-19 permitting, looked to get revenge at Hennessey Tuesday (not available as of press time), and host Hinton Friday before heading to Okarche on Saturday. The team will host Crescent on Jan. 19.
