OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Cade Horton struck out a career-high 11 in six innings, Tanner Tredaway continued his torrid postseason with three hits and Oklahoma took control of its bracket in the College World Series with a 6-2 victory over Notre Dame on Sunday night.

BLACKSBURG, Va. (AP) — Tanner Tredaway hit two solo home runs and two doubles, Cade Horton pitched six strong innings and Oklahoma rolled to an 11-2 victory over No. 4 overall seed Virginia Tech on Sunday to win the Blacksburg Super Regional and advance to the College World Series.

Oklahoma to defend Women's College World Series title

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma is back to try to defend its national championship at the Women’s College World Series. The top-seeded Sooners beat Central Florida in Super Regional games on Friday and Saturday to qualify and will face Northwestern in their World Series opener Thursday in Oklahoma City.

Academic All-Stars

Body
Several scholastics opportunities culminated in the High School Tournament of Champions at Redlands Community College last month. Twelve students participated in several testing areas; 19 test scores were in the Top Ten in the State; 2 test scores were in the Top Three.
