Man Indicted
Michael Ray Littlehead was indicted by a federal grand jury on a felon in possession of firearms charge in district court.
On Oct. 22, Littlehead, with knowledge that he had previously been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year, did knowingly possess 12 different firearms while in Blaine County.
The charge alleges he affected interstate commerce in that said firearms had previously crossed state lines to reach the state of Oklahoma.
The allegations con tained in this Indictment are hereby re-alleged and incorporated for the purpose of alleging forfeiture.
Upon conviction of the offense alleged in this Indictment, Littlehead shall forfeit to the United States any firearms and ammunition involved in the commission of the offense.
The property subject to forfeiture includes, but is not limited to:

• an Eagle Arms, model Eagle-15, multi caliber rifle, bearing serial number M22-03767;
• a Romarm/Cugir, model WASR 10, 7.62X39mm caliber rifle, bearing serial number Al-14804-13;
• a Diamondback Firearms LLC, model DB-15, multi caliber rifle, bearing serial number DB1902082;
• a Sturm, Ruger & Co, Inc., model AR-556, 5.56mm caliber pistol, bearing serial number 857-26063;
• a Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc., model Precision Rimfire, .17 HMR caliber rifle, bearing serial number 840- 65918;
• a Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc., model 22/45 Lite Mark IV, .22 caliber pistol, bearing serial number 500111896;
• a Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc., model 22/45 Lite Mark IV, .22 caliber pistol, bearing serial number 500114870;
• a Browning Arms Company, model Buck Mark, .22 caliber pistol, bearing serial number BRUS01238ZN515;
• a Sig Sauer, model P229, 9mm caliber pistol, bearing serial number 55B058186;
• an Israel Military Industries (I.M.I.), model Desert Eagle, .50 caliber pistol, bearing serial number 91200;
• a Hi-Standard Mfg. Corp., model Double Nine, .22 caliber revolver, bearing serial number 1136716; and
• any and all ammunition and magazines not specifically listed.
The penalty for the charge of felon in possession of firearms is up to 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine or both.
