OKLAHOMA CITY – As the holidays approach and Oklahoma 529 rounds out its 25th anniversary celebration, State Treasurer Todd Russ wants to help Oklahomans use their holiday shopping to grow their education savings through a scholarship giveaway.
To help Oklahoma 529 investments go even further, Oklahoma 529 is once again partnering with Upromise for a scholarship giveaway for both existing and new account owners. Upromise is a free rewards program that offers cash-back rewards for everyday purchases. Rewards are transferred as a contribution to an Oklahoma 529 account. From now until Dec. 19, one Oklahoma 529 winner will have the chance to win a $1,000 scholarship when they link their Oklahoma 529 account to a Upromise account.
