The Blaine County Annual Dinner will be Thursday, November 4th , 6:00 p.m. at the Blaine County Fairgrounds. The Cattlemen’s Association is open to anyone interested in the cattle industry. Dues are $40.00 to join, and this does include two meals for the dinner. We are very excited to have Dr. Laura Goodman. Dr. Goodman is an Assistant Professor and State Range Extension Specialist in the Natural Resource Ecology and Management Department at Oklahoma State University. Her extension programs span topics such as animal behavior, plant ecology, plant/herbivore interactions, and land management. This broad knowledge base has quickly made her highly sought out by landowners and land management agencies as a trusted source of information.
Following the program, there will be a business meeting with the election of board members from each of the three areas in the county and door prizes including an electric grill. We hope that you will plan on attending and encourage other cattle producers in your area to attend. The association is open for all to join.
