The Blaine County Retired Educators held its regular meeting on Monday, Sept. 8 at the Noble House in Watonga. There were 26 in attendance.
This was the first meeting of this school year. President Lisa Nelson opened the meeting, and a special program was presented by Courtney Roberts from AMBA.
She explained all the association member benefits that were available. Bill Seitter presented a legislative update on current events and studies that affect retired educators.
A fun, get-acquainted Bingo game was played before the meeting was adjourned.
The next meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, October 13 at the Noble House.
