The Oklahoma Bed and Breakfast Association has selected several non-profit charities to receive a monetary donation including the Watonga Community Cat Foundation as nominated by the Noble House B&B.
The cat charity received $1,700.
The Oklahoma Bed and Breakfast Association is proud to support these local charities, reflecting our ongoing commitment to the communities it has served for more than three decades.
The OKBBA was established in 1991 to develop, maintain and encourage high standards of hospitality service and guest experience among members by means of quality reviews and professional development. Other undertakings included broadening public understanding and appreciation of bed and breakfast inns and provide a forum for innkeepers to communicate on all aspects of bed and breakfast innkeeping.
The association also supported the membership through collective action with state and local regulatory agencies.
After 33 years the organization has decided to dissolve, due to changes in the bed and breakfast environment and marketing approaches.
As we close this chapter, we extend our heartfelt thanks to our members, guests, and partners for their unwavering support and dedication to excellence in hospitality.
