They have earned the opportunity to compete once again in the Mississippi Council on Economic Education Personal Finance Challenge State Championship in the High School Division. Let's cheer them on as they prepare for the competition on Tuesday, April 7, at the Mississippi Public Broadcasting Studios in Jackson, MS.
The team has an impressive record, winning back-to-back state championships! With determination and teamwork, the Canton High Tiger Tycoons successfully secured the 2024 and 2025 Personal Finance State Championships in the competitive High School Division II (Access Zone). They advanced to the prestigious National Personal Finance Challenge in Cleveland, Ohio, and Atlanta, Georgia.
The dynamic Tiger Tycoons team consists of talented individuals: Nelly Cardona-Rosales, Alexandria Luckett, Jalynn Dunigan, and Henser Vicente, all of whom have shown exceptional dedication and skill throughout their journey.
