According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a Cement man lost his life Feb. 2 in a Blaine County rollover accident.
The report shows Francis Puglielli, 70, was westbound on E 870 about a half mile east of N2620 when he ran off the south edge of the roadway. His vehicle half overturned.
