As part of its commitment to supporting emergency responders, Devon Energy donated a Chevrolet Tahoe to the Hinton Fire Department and Chevrolet Silverado to Greenfield Volunteer Fire Department.
“Devon is proud to help the fire departments have the equipment they need to save lives and stay safe,” said Lee Courange, Devon superintendent.
The vehicles will be used for fire response, traffic control and medical calls as well as allow for more firefighters to attend training around the state.
“We are grateful to Devon Energy for providing this much-needed equipment,” said Hinton Fire Chief Andy Walsh. “Adding this SUV to our fleet allows us to keep more vehicles in service and better serve our residents.”
