We still believe it’s a lot of fun to sing karaoke, and a chance to win cash doesn’t hurt. This contest has over $5,000.00 in cash prizes and will be performed in our event center with the full-size 2,000 sf stage, lights, and concert sound rather than some smoky bar room as some are held.
The contest will be held at Sugar Creek Casino Event Center, with preliminary rounds held every Friday in February 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th ) and the first 2 Fridays in March ( 3rd & 10th) for the semi-finals and the finalsonMarch11th. In the preliminary rounds, a maximum of 40 singers and 15 singers each week will move on to the semifinals. Semi-finalists will have their choice of March 3rd or March 10th to compete in the semifinalist on a first sign-up basics with 30 semi-finals maximum per night in the semi-finals. 10 singers per night in the semi-finals move on to the finals on March11th. Those20 finalists will sing one song, and then the Top 10 willbeannounced. The Top 10 contestants will sing a second song, and then the winners will be announced.
We aren’t hard to find. We are located at exit # 101 of I-40, about 45 minutes west of Oklahoma City. Wetakeourentertainment very seriously and continue to win Oklahoma’s # 1 Casino Event Center for Entertainment each year. The contest is free to enter, and if the singer doesn’t make the Top 15 in the preliminary, they can sign up for another week provided the week’s registration isn’t full, and even then, they could be on a waiting list if a registered singer were not to show. Songsmustnotbe more than 5 minutes, and singers must pick from KJ’s library of music. The contest starts at 7:30 pm, and contestants must check in 30 minutes in advance. Bringfamily and friends; it is free to watch the contest also.
