The cross country teams were supposed to run at Carl Albert August 28, but with all the rain, the meet had to be rescheduled. The elementary team met after school to complete their mile! They earned a 'ribbon' instead of a medal today.
Congratulations to Ellis Stewart who was the first runner to cross the finish line, beating his previous time by 15 seconds. Kyson Base and Emi Wells were right behind him- all finishing in under 9 minutes.
S/O to Asher Curtis for shaving off a full minute and 6 seconds from his mile time and to Finley Chambless for cutting her time down by 20 seconds.
